Exmouth Photo Group

The South Devon League Battle is between Dawlish & Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, and ourselves. This year each club entered 20 DPI's and were not allowed more than 2 images from the same photographer.

The Digital Competition this year was hosted by Exmouth Photo Group and the judge was Simon Caplan.   See our entry below - please click here to view a list of all scores and results.

Third place went to Newton Abbot with  268 points, second place to Dawlish and Teignmouth with 269  points and we gained first place with 277 points.   John Wickett got the top place with his Puzzled image and 20 points.

The Print battle was held at Dawlilsh Camera Club on the 8 February 2023 and the judge was Pedro Landers.  We scored 281 points, Newton Abbot scored 274 points and Dawlish and Teignmouth 273 points.  Images are below in the Print Section and I am delighted to say that Ian Bateman scored the highest score of 20 for his print  Dinorwig.  The score sheet can be view here.

The totals for both digital and prints were:   EPG 558; D&T 542 and Newton Abbot 542 so we have gained the SDL Cup.

It was a good evening and we were supplied at half time with plenty of cakes.
