The Group is organised by a committee, elected at the Annual General Meeting in March or April. This is made up of a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, Programme Secretary, Competition Secretaries and one other committee member. We meet every week throughout the winter months at the Church Hall, Littlemead Methodist Church, Roundhouse Lane, Exmouth EX8 3BZ  and socialise during the summer months for photographic walks/events and possibly ending with a pub meal.
